Would you like to return an item?

In terms of responsible consumer behavior, we would like to work with you to avoid returns. However, should it happen that you want to return a RYZON product, this is very easy to do.

You can return your ordered items for a refund up to 60 days from the invoice date. The returned goods must be in a salable condition. This means that it must be unused, except for the purpose of trying on the product. If possible, please return your products in their original packaging.

You can register your return via our returns portal. A return bill in the package is therefore not necessary.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to issue you with a free return label. Please repack the goods carefully, enclose a note with your order number in the package and send it back to us at your own expense to:

If your return is lost or damaged in transit by an independent carrier, we cannot be held responsible. We therefore recommend that you always choose a tariff with tracking.
