Community Program — Terms of Participation

Program name: Apply for a free Ryzon team kit.

Sponsor: Ryzon Performance Apparel, Inc. (“Ryzon”), a Delaware corporation.


1. What This Program Is

The Ryzon Community program is a selection-based community program. Ryzon reviews the applications it receives and selects participants at its own discretion based on defined criteria (see Section 5). This is not a sweepstakes, giveaway, raffle, or game of chance. Participants are chosen on merit, not at random, and no purchase or payment is ever required to apply.

2. Eligibility

  1. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of application.

  2. Ryzon employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.

  3. Applicants must provide accurate information. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may be disqualified.

3. How to Apply

Apply via the official application form linked in the campaign ad or on the Ryzon website. There is no cost to apply. Applying does not obligate you to buy anything, and buying anything does not improve your chance of being selected.

4. Application Period

Applications are open from 22.07.2026, 12:00 AM PT to 19.08.2026, 11:59 PM PT. Applications submitted outside this window will not be considered.

5. Selection Process

Ryzon will select up to 3 participants at its sole discretion. Selection is based on criteria such as fit with the Ryzon community, engagement in the local cycling or triathlon scene, and local reach. Selection is not random. The number of participants selected may be lower depending on the quality of applications and product availability (see Sections 6 and 7).

Selected applicants will be notified by email within 7 days after the application period closes. If a selected applicant does not respond within 7 days of notification, Ryzon may offer the place to another applicant.

6. What Selected Participants Receive

Selected participants will receive a Ryzon product package drawn from the following products: Vela Cycling Jersey, Arise Triathlon Suit, and Spectra Running Shirt. The exact products, models, colors, and sizes are not fixed in advance. They will be determined after the application period closes, together with the selected community, and are subject to availability. Ryzon makes no promise that any specific product, model, color, or size will be available.

7. Availability Reservation — No Guarantee

All products offered under this program are subject to availability. Ryzon reserves the right to substitute a product of comparable value, to adjust quantities, or to change the product ranges offered, at any time and without prior notice. Nothing in this program constitutes a binding promise to deliver any particular product or quantity. Product allocation is confirmed only once Ryzon communicates it in writing to a selected participant.


8. General Terms

  1. Ryzon may modify, suspend, or cancel this program at any time, including for reasons of product availability, without liability to applicants.

  2. This program is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other platform on which it may be advertised.

  3. Personal data submitted with an application is handled in accordance with the Ryzon privacy policy.

  4. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
