They're slowly filling up, the streets of Kona. Athletes from all over the world arrive at Kona Airport to compete in the most important triathlon of the year on October 12th. Final training sessions are completed under the Hawaiian sun on Ali'i Drive along the coast. Early in the morning, the first swimmers frolic on the pier to test the swim course. So now it's here, the moment when the elite of the triathlon world take the big stage for the showdown.
You can actually feel the tension building with each passing day. The anticipation can be felt around every corner. But also the respect for the race and the extreme conditions of this extraordinary island. If you listen closely, however, the enthusiasm for the race, which the entire sports world will be watching on Saturday, outweighs the crowds.
The Frodissimo Lounge
Just like the athletes, the Ryzon team is also prepared this year. In addition to a booth in the Ironman Partner Village, where there will be selected products from the collection, the doors of the Frodissimo Lounge will be opened for the first time this year. Located right next to the famous Lava Java Restaurant, you can enjoy selected Vietnamese delicacies with a sea view. Whether smoothie of the day, a Kona papaya power salad or veggie tofu island rolls - everything is freshly prepared. On the day of the race, everyone is invited to watch the race live in the Frodissimo Lounge.

The Kona Collection
Another special feature this year is the Kona Collection, available exclusively in Kona, consisting of Performance Socks, Performance Snapback Cap and Bike Cap. A limited edition of this collection will only be available at the Expo stand. First come first. The trade fair team is looking forward to all the athletes who have made the long journey to Hawaii. 
Popolo Joe and the ice truck
Of course, what should not be missing again this year is our good friend Popolo Joe, who, like last year, drives through the streets of Kona with his ice truck and provides everyone with ice cream, chilled drinks or even a good saying . With his sympathetic, chronically good-humoured manner, he is the good soul of the island for us and meanwhile it is impossible to imagine our Kona team without him.
All in all, the entire Ryzon team is looking forward to the big showdown with great expectations. We enjoy the mood and the special atmosphere under the Kona sun. We are looking forward to the unique moment when the curtain on the big stage finally opens.
