Which distance do beginners jog?

If you want to start jogging as a beginner, you should start slowly and not overwhelm yourself. It's important to listen to your body and give it enough time to adjust. In the beginning, 20-30 minutes of jogging per session is enough, even if it's only a few minutes at a time.

A good way to start is with interval training. Here you alternate between running and walking phases. This way you can slowly get used to longer running phases and improve your endurance. For example, one option would be to run 1 minute, followed by a 1-2 minute walk, for a total of 20-30 minutes.

You should also slowly get used to the track and terrain. Start on flat terrain and gradually increase the intensity and incline. It is also important that you take enough breaks between training sessions to give your body time to regenerate.

Don't give up if it's hard at first. With patience and regular training, you will improve your stamina and fitness and soon be able to run longer distances. We at RYZON love running and are happy to support you with the right running clothing to get closer to your goals.
