Dawn - get up, make coffee and then get out on the track or in the water. The routine of a triathlete. In order to continue on this path day after day, you need a philosophy of life based on being able to devote yourself completely to something, wanting to test your limits and following your own rhythm in harmony with the environment. One person who lives by this creed is David Breuer. The 27-year-old from Cologne has been running triathlons since 2005 – as a professional since 2015.
The film "Perspectives" shows reasons for a recurring motivation, which enables the athlete to give himself up to the training again and again. He addresses the interaction between nature and the athlete, between effort and the perspective of creating moments of specialness. Moments that make it clear that it is worth leaving everything behind for a while. Perspectives are what give the athlete:in power.
