40-Day Return Policy at RYZON

We want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment. That’s why, in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (from receipt of goods), we grant you a voluntary return period of 40 days from the invoice date. This gives you over a month to thoroughly check your selection.

Conditions for the voluntary return policy

  • Condition of the goods: Please return your items in their original packaging whenever possible. Items must be unused – except for the purpose of trying them on. They must be in a salable condition and unwashed.

  • Exclusion: If you return a washed product, we must send it back to you and cannot refund the amount. If there are indications that the goods have been used to an extent that diminishes their value, you lose your right of return.

  • Inspection & Return of goods: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have been washed, damaged, or worn beyond the scope of a simple fitting. If there are indications that the value of the goods has been diminished, you lose your voluntary right of return. In such cases, we will return the items to you and will be unable to refund the purchase price.

  • Shipping costs: If we have to return items to you due to the reasons mentioned above (damaged, washed, or worn), any additional shipping costs incurred must be borne by you.

  • No exchange: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your items and place a new order for the desired product.

  • Gift cards/Vouchers: For purchased gift cards, you may withdraw from the purchase within the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

Refund & Process

  • Payment method: Refunds can only be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Gift cards: If you paid for your order with a gift card, the amount will always be refunded to the gift card first before any remaining balance is paid out.

  • Processing time: The refund process can take up to 14 days after we receive your goods. If your tracking shows that we have received your return, please allow us these 14 days to inspect the items and credit the amount.
