Jonas Deichmann is on the way. At a time when most of us are spending our days at home, Jonas is on his way. It should go from Munich to Munich. Once around the world. And leave the smallest possible CO2 footprint. Running, swimming, cycling - this is how Jonas covers the planned 40,000 km. He will use sailing boats twice, apart from that his circumnavigation of the world is CO2-neutral.
The extreme sportsman from Germany is a fan of testing himself and constantly facing new challenges. In the past he has, among other things, cycled around the world, seen and experienced 60 countries for two years.
Jonas and his adventure not only have many kilometers ahead of them, but also a wide variety of weather conditions. Nights under the open sky, hot temperatures, a freezing winter. And all this with maximum physical exertion.

Our mission: develop a jacket that can withstand the Russian winter.
In order to develop the ideal jacket for these conditions, we used the innovative material graphene. We have already used Graphene Plus on Jan Frodeno's Ironman Suit. While in Hawaii it was still about cooling Jan, now the task was to warm Jonas.
The jacket, which we made exclusively for Jonas Deichmann and his project, consists of four layers of material that protect him from the cold and wet. The newly developed jacket is waterproof, windproof and has a DWR impregnation on the top that lets water roll off. The Primaloft Gold Insulation, which consists of 55% recycled microfiber structure, absorbs your own body heat and forms a heat-efficient synthetic fiber insulation that guarantees thermal performance even when wet. What else makes the jacket so special? An incorporated graphene membrane made from 100% sustainable and naturally derived graphene that exhibits exceptional thermoregulation.
Graphene is a fine particle made from graphite. It is not only progressive, but also sustainable. Our Italian Graphene Plus supplier has been researching the fascinating material intensively for 15 years and attaches particular importance to an ecologically sustainable production process. Graphene allows us to take athlete apparel to a new level. Graphene has the ability to conduct. Heat, cold - the Graphene Plus membrane used here creates an interaction between clothing and body. It can transport the heat generated, for example under the armpits, to colder parts of the body in order to regulate your own body temperature. In addition, with its water column of 10,000mm, it ensures that the jacket is waterproof.
