Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Ryzon competition under the motto "Win a €1,000 RYZON Gift Card" and its execution are governed exclusively by the following terms:

  1. The organizer of the competition is Ryzon GmbH, Maastrichter Str. 45, 50672 Cologne.
    Eligible to participate are persons who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation. Excluded from participation are employees of the organizer, employees of affiliated companies, and their family members.
  2. Participation in the competition is only possible until Monday, June 6, 2026, at 12:00 AM (midnight). Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services from the organizer. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
  3. Participation in the competition takes place via the Ryzon online shop. Participants must register with their email address to enter the competition "Win a €1,000 RYZON Gift Card." One winner will be drawn at random from all competition entrants.
  4. The organizer reserves the right to contact the winner after the competition has ended and, by mutual agreement, to name them publicly.
  5. Only the prize described in the competition — a RYZON Gift Card with a value of €1,000 — will be awarded.
  6. The winner will be notified by email after the entry deadline. The winner must confirm receipt of the winning notification to the organizer no later than July 31, 2026, at 12:00 AM (midnight), and provide any additional information requested by the organizer. If this deadline passes without response, the organizer is entitled to determine a new winner by random draw from the newsletter sign-ups.
  7. The formalities regarding the handover of the prize will be arranged individually with the winner once the winner has contacted the organizer.
  8. A cash payout of the material prizes or exchange of the prizes is not possible. The prize is non-transferable. Winners accept necessary changes to the prize caused by factors outside the organizer's control.
  9. The organizer reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if difficulties arise that were not caused by the organizer and that jeopardize the integrity of the competition. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.
  10. The organizer further reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized means or otherwise gain an advantage through manipulation (in particular collective or multiple entries). This applies when, for example, automated scripts, hacking tools, trojans, or viruses are used, or when a participant gains an advantage through other unauthorized means.
  11. The organizer is entitled to terminate, suspend, or modify the competition prematurely if unforeseen circumstances arise that are outside the organizer's control and that make the original execution more difficult or unreasonable for the organizer. This includes in particular, but is not limited to, unauthorized interference by third parties, technical problems with hardware or software outside the organizer's control, and legal violations directly related to the conduct of the competition.
  12. Any liability of the organizer and its officers, employees, and agents arising from or in connection with the competition, regardless of the legal basis, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.
  13. The organizer collects and stores only the email address provided by the participant. By participating in this competition, all participants consent to data collection in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The data will be used for the execution and processing of the competition as well as for notification purposes via the Ryzon newsletter. The winner's data will be used to identify, notify, and announce the winner. Data will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, the relevant data will not be shared for advertising purposes. Data will only be passed on to third parties without the participant's consent if the organizer is legally required to do so. The organizer is entitled to mention the winner on the website ryzon.net and/or facebook.com/ryzon.apparel and/or instagram.com/ryzon_apparel, stating their first and last name and place of residence. Participants may revoke their consent to the use of personal data by the organizer at any time and request that their data be deleted immediately. Such a revocation should be addressed to: info@ryzon.net with the subject line "Revocation Competition." Under the Federal Data Protection Act, participants have the right at any time to obtain information about their stored data and, where applicable, the right to rectification, blocking, or deletion of data.   14. The decision of the organizer is final and legal recourse is excluded. The claim to the prize cannot be assigned or transferred. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. These terms and conditions may be amended by the organizer at any time without separate notice. Amendments and ancillary agreements regarding the conditions for prize processing require written form to be effective.
